Godfather_

This is a good film I've watched today during Script lecture.

And most importantly, my heart was captured by....

He's Al Pacino, who played Michael Corleone in Godfather [1972].

And do you know how he looks like now?

It is so freaking unbelievable right?!!! I thought he was so cool in the film, so macho, although quite cold-blooded. But he was so damn cool okay!
Maybe if you only see from the picture, you wouldn't have thought that I have a thing for someone like that. Oh no, you should watch Godfather. It was quite gruesome. I had my ears covered most of the time (when I sensed killings!).

Whatever so, it is a good film overall. I still prefer the Michael Corleone in the film. Hee.

Who am I?

Yesterday, I was a scriptwriter.

Today, I am an event planner.

Tomorrow, I will be a film-maker.

Just who am I?

Racial discrimination_

*Their faces were not captured in shot to protect their identities.

After my DocPro meeting with Elyn, Charmain and Renick at City Hall Starbucks today,
I dragged my feets home - by train. Supposed to meet my secondary school best mate Jing in town but she can't make it in the end.

Anyway, back to racial discrimination. Don't you see a problem with the photo? It's not the sitting position of the Indian man on the left. I took this AFTER the lady on the right, shifted herself after the Indian man sat down.

At this point, I thought, "Racial discrimination?" Tsk.

Everyone seemed okay with everyone on the surface. There is harmony in Singapore, or so it was said. Others thought Singaporeans of different racial groups living together without conflicts and discrimination is an incredible feat. I gather not.

Among us, there are people who do discriminate. Those racist jokes alike, and how people call each other behind each other's backs. Sad.

I never discriminate, I dare to say. Even before I worked with Dhava and Vadi, I had some close Indian friends. Althought I got discriminated by some Indian girls too, I don't blame them. It's all misunderstanding.

After working with Dhava, Vadi and many others, my impression of Indians only became better.
I been through so much with them, and I know them. Indians are also human beings. We are all one kind. Just because our skin colours are different, that don't set us apart!

I got to admit, people around me ( like my grandmother) do discriminate the Indians as dirty people. That's why they don't like to sit near Indians. A very sad case of discrimination.

How can you judge people even before you know them?

One week down

The purple skies are staring back at me. Maybe I should stop daydreaming.
If I don't do my best now, when do I?

I wish I never gave my best before. Never.

Slow down, time, slow down.

Convex: Crap!
DocPro: Urgh.
Script: Breeze.

I just want more time.

After this_

Hiatus for like, 2 weeks?
That's so unlike me.

Anyway, I'm just glad it's mid-sem now.
These 2 weeks were hellish, for me.
Broke down a few times - the stress was taking its toll on me.

But it's all over.

Break is here, but after going through 4 semesters,
I know "break" is not a break.

But still! I shall party as much as I can.
Yeps, catch me at somewhere on ladies' night.
It's not everytime I club.

Hah, slumber party!
